The membership rule refers to an object that does not exist or cannot be found. Possibly the object was deprovisioned, renamed, moved or deleted.

Active Roles will not apply the membership rules that refer to this object, so the members list of the Dynamic Group will not comply with the membership rules. 
This issue may stop Active Roles from updating the members list of the Dynamic Group. 
If this issue persists, review membership rules to correct or remove invalid rules. 
You can do this using the Membership Rules tab in the Properties dialog box for the Dynamic Group in the Active Roles console.
