Active Roles will not update the members list of this Dynamic Group while this domain is unavailable. 
Ensure that the domain is available on the network and registered with Active Roles, and then update the members list by clicking Rebuild on the Members tab in the Properties dialog box for this Dynamic Group in the Active Roles console or wait for a scheduled update. 
Alternatively, you might remove the invalid rule on the Membership Rules tab in that dialog box.
