EventID 2740 - Administration Service completed a client's request to change the members list of a universal group.
 Sample:
Administration Service completed a client's request to change the members list of a universal group.
Members successfully added or removed from the group, but these changes may not be reflected on the client side until they are replicated by the Active Directory service from the client's operational domain controller to the Global Catalog servers.
This issue is due to the fact that the client's operational domain controller is not a Global Catalog server.
